At Original's, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Original's account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
